Pros
-lots of ability to acquire real landscape skills -quality certifications in the field that would easily transfer. -open up door policy with administrative staff to allow transparency of any work related problems
Cons
-the pay is but not competitive -almost all uniform and safety equipment take to exist bought on a miniscule yearly upkeep that honestly does not afford a quality pair of boots every year -any the benefits are either cheap and practise not cover anything, or honestly a half months pay to cover a family(yet non very good care) -at that place is no, I echo no connectedness with a livable wage adjusting with inflation. You volition not receive a toll of living increase or a pay raise. The but style to make more coin is to progress.
